b47 meme provides digital AI video generation features. This policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request one. Your local consumer rights continue to apply.
Video generations
Video packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Each successful generation uses 1 generation of the selected quality. If a task fails or is canceled, that generation is automatically returned to the same quality balance. Unused generations never expire. Changing the photo or generating another version uses a new generation. Returning a generation is separate from a refund to your payment method; monetary refund requests are reviewed under this policy.
Cases we may refund
We may approve a refund when you were charged more than once for the same purchase, paid access was not delivered, a serious technical failure on our side prevented use of a purchased feature, an unauthorized charge is confirmed, or applicable law requires a refund.
Cases generally ineligible
Unless required by law, refunds are generally unavailable after credits or paid features have been used, when the request is based on a change of mind, when a generated video does not match personal taste, or when the issue results from low-quality references, unclear prompts, unsupported devices, network problems, or misuse of the service.
How to request a refund
Contact support@bulin47meme.com with the account email, order or transaction number, purchase date, feature or plan involved, and a short explanation of the issue.
Review and timing
We review requests using purchase records, feature usage, service logs, and technical records. If approved, refunds are normally sent to the original payment method, and the payment provider controls when funds appear.
